We will be reroofing the primary structure on site. We will start by tearing off the existing composition shingles. We have plans to replace at least 1sq of sheathing with new 1/2" CDX. We will then install a similar composition shingle on the house with 60mil PVC membrane on the flat facet only. All torn off materials will be hauled away.
