We will be reroofing the primary structure and detached carport on site. We will start by tearing off the existing torchdown. All the sheathing on the carport will be removed and replaced with new 1/2" CDX. We will also replace 1 sheet of CDX on the house. Finally a new 60mil PVC membrane will be installed on both buildings. All torn off materials will be hauled away.
