We are removing the existing BUR roofing down to existing 5/8" Plywood substrate. We are installing 5.2" of CGF rigid insulation and new 60 mil TPO membrane using the induction welding (Rhinobond system). Fastening rate for the insulation boards will be 11/board in the field 13/board in the perimeter and 17/board in the corners. We are also adding new skylights with safety grills and a new roof hatch with a guard rail.
