Replace the compromised kitchen drain laundry drain and associated building drain through an approximately 35-foot tunnel beneath the foundation. The tunnel will extend from the existing cleanout on the left side of the home toward the kitchen and laundry area ending at the washing machine drain connection. Existing cast iron piping and branch drain lines will be removed and replaced with new Schedule 40 PVC drainage piping.
