We will be performing a concrete breakout in Unit A to access and expose the damaged kitchen drain line. An additional concrete breakout will be performed in front of the toilet in the Unit A master bathroom to gain access to the toilet venting system. From this access point an approximately 8-foot tunnel will be excavated beneath the slab to fully expose the damaged venting combination fitting and allow for proper repair. Lastly a concrete breakout will be performed in the living room to expose the damaged combination fitting serving the laundry and kitchen drain lines in Unit B.
