Remove existing water-heating equipment and install a new Rinnai hybrid water-heating system in the existing location. Reconnect the existing gas supply to the new unit as-is. Install new water shutoff valves thermostatic mixing valve and new copper water piping serving the new heater. Install new temperature and pressure relief valve discharge piping new drain pan with pan drain and condensate neutralizer. Connect system to existing building plumbing and place into operation in accordance with manufacturer requirements and applicable City of Austin plumbing and mechanical codes.
