New fence - Two of the three sections of our backyard fence are 8 ft high based on the slope between our property and the adjacent properties. The third section of our fence runs along Mt. Bonnell Dr (corner lot). We still have the same sloop that would allow for an 8 foot fence for that third section but because our neighbor on that side is the street we would need special allowance for a matching 8 foot fence on that section. The fence is currently set back 15 feet from the street.
