I need to apply for a stand alone electrical permit for a home in Westlake. This address is outside Austin City Limits permitting jurisdiction but uses Austin Energy. GAF Energy already has a permit from Travis County to install solar roofing shingles but we will need to do a Main Panel Upgrade before the solar shingles can be installed so I am applying for an MPU permit through City of Austin for this Austin Energy Customer. No meter can be required per Jeffrey Diaz on this permit.
