Contractor was called by customer due to MOCP being in the open position in MSB. Austin Energy (AE) was contact to de-energize service. Existing CB was inspected and would not close. Replaced CB with a like-for-like. Called COA emergency electrical inspection for an emergency service call so existing service to existing AE customer could be reenergized. Keith Cameron COA electrical inspector) responded to call and provided approval to reenergize service under the emergency inspecting request.
