Replace sewer yard line to residence. 3/20/18 DD Site inspection complete. ECV has been written. Mitigation is required. Mitigation Tree Care Plan is to be in place prior to Final Plumbing Inspection.. Unpermitted Impacts have occurred to the 22 Sycamore in the front yard resulting from Sewer line replacement trenching. Multiple tree roots have been cut. A Two Year Tree Care Plan is required for the tree. The Tree Care Plan is to be provided and implemented by a Certified Arborist. Tree Care Plans are to follow the ECM 3.5.4 P-6 Specs. and submitted to the City Arborist Supervisor to be reviewed for completeness. Sent all documents to douglas.dear@austintexas.gov for review. Upon completed review plan is to be executed and signed by both parties. The full scope of work for the Tree Care Plan is to paid prior to the final Tree Inspection. A Tree Final inspection is required. Final Inspection fee is owed ($300.56).
