Dig two access holes at exterior of perimeter beam at kitchen sink and bathrooms chip through concrete beam dig horizontal tunnel under house following cast iron washing machine drain line. Remove approximately 65ft of cast iron drain piping servicing all plumbing fixtures in house reinstall schedule 40 PVC piping under house to existing sewer line at exterior of house. We will secure all new piping to foundation of house using approved anchors (riser clamps drop in anchors) to prevent pipe shifting or losing grade over time or during backfill.
