A Tree Permit is required. Impacts occurring to a 41 Pecan Trees 1/4 and 1/2 CRZ from trenching activity. An on site meeting is required with the contractor and his Certified Arborist. A Five Year Tree Care is required. Tree Care Plans are required to be prepared and implemented by a Certified Arborist following ECM 3.5.4 P-6 specifications. Tree Care Plan will need to reviewed by the City Arborist for completeness prior to execution. Tree Care Plan is required to Paid prior to Final Tree Inspection. Re inspection fee is owed.($ 300.56).
